Five villains from the Gargoyles universe join forces to do good in Bad Guys. This is dark and gritty for Gargoyles but matches a story about reformed bad guys. I love a good antihero and it's a joy to watch five try (or pretend to try) to reform themselves with varying success. This story proves the expansive Gargoyles universe has room for many diverse stories within and without any particular gargoyle clan. Charlebois' moody black & white art is great and very on-model compared to the show. |
